The Loft @ No36

The Loft @ No36 is an apartment in a group of flats in Weymouth, sitting on the third floor opposite the beach. Stairs lead up to it, and the building has no lift. The living and dining room faces the sea, with a dining table for two and a TV.

The one bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The washer/dryer is kept in that en-suite. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a toaster and a kettle.

Parking is for one car only, on site, and the car park has a height restriction of 2.35 metres. The nearest extra pay and display car park is Weymouth Pavilion, a few minutes' walk from the flat. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away. Central heating is fitted, a portable fan is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. WiFi is available.

No pets and no smoking, and festivals cause some road closures and parking restrictions. The loft is a flat for two, best for a couple who want a sea-facing living room with the beach across the road, and who do not mind climbing stairs. Three further apartments in the group can be booked alongside it, for up to 14 guests across all four.
