The Pottery Arne

The Pottery is at Arne, near Wareham, on the edge of RSPB Arne and a few metres from the reserve. It incorporates a former pottery studio and has five bedrooms, for a large family or a group of friends. The booking capacity is 11.

There are two lounges. The first has Sky TV, and the second has a TV, board games and a gallery above it. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has a double oven, a dishwasher, a dryer, a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a Nespresso machine. Logs for the fire are included from October to the end of April.

There are five bedrooms. The bunk beds are only suitable for children, so adults need to use the other rooms. Two bathrooms have a shower over the bath and a WC, and the third is a shower room with a WC.

The garden has outdoor furniture, and off-road parking takes six cars. The coast is 0.5 miles away, Wareham 5 miles, and the nearest shop and pub 4 miles. Two dogs are welcome, and the owner asks that dog rocks are used. Additional charges may apply. No stag or hen parties are permitted. The house suits a big family or friends travelling together who want a base beside a nature reserve.
