Vista Mare 2

One king-size bedroom makes this second-floor apartment a base for two guests, the smallest of the three Vista Mare apartments. It sits above a restaurant in Weymouth, and the open-plan living space, with its kitchen, dining area and sitting area, has sea views.

Children must be over 5 to stay, and no pets or smoking are allowed. Electric bikes, electric scooters and mobility scooters cannot be brought in, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.

The only bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. Cooking, dining and sitting areas share one open-plan room. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, air fryer, fridge and dishwasher, and there is heating, a TV and WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The beach, a shop and a pub are each 0.1 miles from the building, which puts all three within a short walk of the door. It suits a couple or two friends who want a king-size bed and the sea in view. Vista Mare 1 and Vista Mare 3 sleep four each, and booked together the three apartments sleep up to ten.
