Waterloo Place

Waterloo Place is a ground-floor apartment in the middle of Charmouth, built for two, and children are not allowed to stay. The open-plan living space has a sofa, a TV and windows that look directly onto the street, with the kitchen and a dining table alongside.

The double bedroom has a nautical theme, though its window does not open. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge freezer and a washing machine with tumble dryer. Heating is gas central heating, and there is a smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, linen and towels all come with the rent.

There are some steps inside the apartment. Parking is on the road and is not allocated. The shop is 0.3 miles from the apartment and the pub 0.2 miles. Charmouth has shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants, and Black Ven Cliff, where the first ichthyosaur skeleton was discovered, is a short drive away. Another day out is the National Trust estate of Golden Cap.

One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple with a small dog who want to be in the middle of the village.
