Yarrow

Yarrow is an extended, renovated house close to Charmouth with five bedrooms and room for ten. The sitting room has patio doors onto a sun terrace with sea views, and the kitchen has a central breakfast bar and leads to a dining room. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

On the ground floor are a king-size and a twin, and the twin can be zipped into a super king on request. Elsewhere there is a king-size master suite with its own roof terrace, another twin, and a children's bunk room. The bunk beds are for children rather than adults. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, there is a separate shower room, and a cloakroom is on the first floor.

The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. A travel cot, a stair-gate and a high-chair are provided, along with a TV and wifi. Four steps lead down to the property. The rear gardens have lawns, shrubbery, a sun terrace and furniture, and off-road parking takes three cars. The nearest shop is 0.5 miles away and a pub 0.6 miles.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, hen and stag parties are not accepted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits one large family, or two families sharing, who want two bedrooms on the ground floor.
