Barrington

Barrington is a single-storey house in Studland, set on an elevated plot with views of Studland Bay. It sleeps five. The three bedrooms are a super king-size, a double and a bunk room with 3ft bunks, and the top bunk is for a child only, so adults should not plan to use it. The super king-size and the double each have a sink in the room.

From the covered entrance, which is reached by an undulating path, the hall leads to the lounge and dining area. A large picture window faces the bay, and there is a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included from October to Easter) and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A travel cot and highchair are available.

The bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower and a WC, and a separate shower room has its own WC. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed, with a lawn, furniture and the bay views, and the private off-road parking holds four cars. The beach, a shop and a pub are all within a mile.

Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. The enclosed garden means the house suits a family with children and dogs, as long as the group is no more than five.
