Studland Cottage

Studland Cottage sits in the village of Studland on the Isle of Purbeck, and the garden opens straight onto heathland. The beach is a short walk away, with Old Harry Rocks close by. It sleeps four in two double bedrooms, and the single bathroom is on the ground floor, with a bath, an electric shower over it, a basin and a WC.

The living space is a lounge and a kitchen/diner. Note the single step up from the sitting room into the kitchen. The kitchen has a 50/50 fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer dryer, and there is a TV and WiFi. Heating is electric. A terrace outside has room for a drink once the walking is done. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A cot and a highchair are available for small children.

The cottage takes up to two well-behaved dogs, with a charge per pet per week. Parking is off the road and holds one car. Smoking is not allowed. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

Best for walkers, with or without dogs, who want to head onto the heath without driving first. From the village, Swanage is 3.6 miles, Sandbanks 4 miles and Wareham 9.3 miles.
