Oak Cottage

Oak Cottage is a red-brick house in Studland that sleeps five. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a king-size, a double and a single. Exposed brick walls are among its original features. The ground floor has a lounge with a Smart TV and a window that lets in plenty of light. The pub or restaurant, the shop and the beach are all within a mile.

The open-plan kitchen/diner has a range-style electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer box, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A wooden dining table sits here, and there is more room to eat in the conservatory or out on the patio. The only bathroom is a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower and a WC, so everyone shares it.

The rear garden is enclosed and has a lawn and a furnished patio. A gate in it opens directly onto the neighbouring nature reserve. Off-road parking holds two cars. The conservatory opens onto the rear garden.

Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The cottage suits a family of five or two couples with a dog who want a walk from the garden gate and a single shared shower room.
