Cliff End

Cliff End is a large house in Studland that sleeps eleven. The bedrooms are two doubles, two twins and a triple room with three smaller beds, each 2ft 6in wide. Two bathrooms, a shower room and a bathroom with a shower over the bath, serve the whole group, with one extra WC. The pub and the shop are both 0.5 miles away.

Inside, there is a grand entrance hall, a lounge with space to play board games, a farmhouse kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen has an electric cooker with hob, grill and oven, a microwave, two fridge/freezers, two under-counter fridges, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A Smart TV and an iPod dock are provided. Heating is by Calor gas. A travel cot and highchair are available, and guests should bring their own beach towels.

The garden is mostly lawn, with picnic benches and an area for eating outside, and it has views across Studland towards Old Harry Rocks. It is not enclosed, so take care with young children and pets, especially at the unfenced edges. Private parking holds six cars.

Four dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. With two bathrooms for up to eleven people, the house suits a big family or a group of friends who are relaxed about sharing, and who want a garden with a view.
