Heath Lodge

Heath Lodge sits on a quiet, unmade country road in Studland, 3 miles from Swanage. It sleeps seven in four bedrooms: a super king-size with an en-suite, a king, a twin and a single. The shop, pub and beach are all less than a mile away. Old Harry Rocks is about a mile off, and a walk across the heath from the house reaches Agglestone Rock, 350 metres away.

The lounge has oak floors and a wood burner, and some logs are provided free from October to the end of April. A bay window gives a spot for reading, and there are Sonos speakers and a TV. In the dining room, the large table converts into a pool table. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, an oven with warming drawer, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer, and a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods). The utility room has a sink, a washing machine and a drier. Central heating and underfloor heating are included.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The en-suite to the super king-size room has two sinks and a shower. The main bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, and there is a separate WC downstairs. Outside, the large garden has a terrace with a BBQ, a table tennis table, a summer house and loungers on a raised patio, with more seating at the front. Off-road parking takes up to three cars.

Dogs are not allowed. The house suits a family or friends who like games, with a pool table inside and table tennis out, and who want the heath on the doorstep.
