Homelands

Homelands is a five-bedroom house in Studland that sleeps nine, with a mix of period features and newer living space. The bedrooms are two super king-size, a king-size, a single and a twin with two single beds. Four bathrooms include two en-suite shower rooms, one bathroom with a bath and a hand-held shower, and a shower room. The beach is 0.5 miles away, the shop is 500 metres and the pub is 0.5 miles.

At lower-ground level there is a family room with TV and patio doors onto the lawn, and a games room with a pool table. The kitchen/diner on the level above is large and has a long dining table, an induction hob, two electric ovens, a large fridge/freezer, an under-counter fridge, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. It opens into a sunroom with sea views and a TV, and then onto an expansive sun deck with furniture and loungers. The lounge has a wooden floor, a wood burner with logs supplied, and a TV and DVD player. Four TVs in all.

One bedroom has a super king-size bed and a Juliet balcony with sea views. Outside, the lawned garden has seating areas and a BBQ. Parking is private for three or four cars. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Cot mattress and bedding are not provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. The house suits a group of nine, such as two families, who want a games room and a deck with views.
