Court Farmhouse

Court Farmhouse is a four-bedroom farmhouse for up to eight guests, in Swanage. The shop, the pub and the beach are all within 0.5 miles. Two dogs are allowed, with additional charges possible.

The main lounge has flagstone flooring and a wood burner, and a second lounge, or snug, lies across the hallway. The TV has a Now TV stick, and there are DVD players in the lounge and the snug. The dining room opens into a conservatory with exposed brickwork, a glass roof and large windows over the garden, and the kitchen is large, with a gas hob, a fan oven and a microwave. A utility room holds the freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms: a super-king-size, a double and two twin rooms, along with a family bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The garden is small and enclosed, with bench seating. The private parking has room for one car. A welcome pack is provided, and a travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available if you bring your own cot linen. Beach towels are not included. Arrival is from 4pm onwards, and departure is before 10am.

The farmhouse suits larger families or two or three couples who want a lounge each and a conservatory, with a dog or two.
