Pams Place

Pams Place is a red-brick house in the middle of Swanage, sleeping eight. The beach, the pubs, the shops and the restaurants are all within 0.5 miles. A hallway for shoes and coats leads to a lounge and dining room with a large bay window, ample seating and a Smart TV.

From the lounge, a step goes up to the kitchen and breakfast room, which has a central table. The appliances are a range-style electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a WC on the ground floor.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and the family bathroom, the only one in the house, with a shower over the bath. The top floor has a further double bedroom and a twin, and the ceilings on that floor are low and sloping. Eight guests share one bathroom plus the ground-floor WC.

French doors from the kitchen open to an enclosed patio garden with a picnic table, then two steps down to a gravelled area with mature planting. A travel cot is available. Parking is unrestricted on the street at the front, subject to availability. A camera above the front door covers the front garden, gate and path, and is on only while the property is empty. The house cannot take dogs. The house suits two families or a group of friends who don't mind sharing a single bathroom.
