Deco

Deco is a penthouse apartment on the sea front in Swanage, overlooking the bay. A communal entrance hall leads to a shared staircase or a lift up to the apartment. The beach, pubs and shops are all within walking distance.

The lounge/diner sits at the front. It has a TV and DVD player, a bar area with its own fridge and freezer, and a large balcony with panoramic sea views. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in a utility cupboard inside one of the twin bedrooms.

There are four bedrooms: a super king-size, a second super king-size that can be set up as twins, and two twins that can be zipped and linked into a super king-size. One twin has a Juliet balcony, another has an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath that is also reached from the hall, and the fourth bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

A generous terrace on the left of the apartment has a table, chairs and sea views. A second terrace is reached through double doors from the lounge or the king-size bedroom. Off-road parking covers two cars. Children under 2 are not accepted and dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. The apartment suits two couples, or a family of up to eight, who want sea views and separate bedrooms.
