A detached house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Swanage, Old Harry Cottage 16 is a short walk from the beach and has a garden at both front and back. The front garden is lawn; the enclosed back garden has a small patio and lawn.

Four bedrooms sleep eight. A king-size and a double are on the ground floor, and the upstairs holds a twin and one further bedroom. One bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and a ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower.

Off-road parking takes two cars, and 7.4kWh EV charging is included in the rent. The cul-de-sac is a privately maintained road with an uneven surface in places, and a gardener visits on some Mondays for a couple of hours.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the living/dining room has a TV and a table that extends to seat everyone. There is WiFi and gas central heating, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all in the rent. The shop and pub are 0.4 miles away, and an indoor public swimming pool is 400 yards off. No pets and no smoking. Best for two families or a group of friends who want bedrooms on both floors and a back garden.
