Driftwood - Langton Matravers

Driftwood is a house in the village of Langton Matravers, with the pub and the shop both within 50 metres. It sleeps four in two bedrooms spread over three floors. A twin bedroom and the bathroom are on the first floor, and the king-size main bedroom is up the next flight on the second.

On the ground floor the living and dining area is open plan, with a lounge, a TV and a fitted kitchen that has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. A utility room holds the washing machine, a sink and storage, along with a ground-floor WC. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC. A highchair and a travel cot are available, and there is Wi-Fi.

At the back a door opens to a patio, and a path runs to an enclosed lawn with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Up to three dogs are allowed, with additional charges possibly applying, and the enclosed garden gives them a safe space. The rear access is shared with neighbouring properties, so guests are asked to keep noise down when arriving. Parking is on the street, unrestricted and subject to availability. The beach is 2 miles away. Check-in is from 15:00 and the house must be vacated by 10:00. The house suits a couple or a small family travelling with dogs who are happy with stairs.
