The Cottage

The Cottage stands in Langton Matravers on the Isle of Purbeck, with Swanage 2.6 miles away and a beach 2.3 miles away. It has two bedrooms. The king-size room is on the first floor and has its own TV, and the single bedroom is on the ground floor, so the cottage sleeps three. There are two bathrooms: one with a bath, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower.

The living space is an open-plan room with the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, where a fan heater supplements the central heating. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a toaster. There are two TVs, WiFi and a selection of books, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside is an enclosed front patio with furniture. The cottage has one allocated parking space, and there is free parking in the road nearby. The pub is 0.3 miles away and the nearest shop 1.5 miles. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Two medium-sized dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The layout suits a couple with a child, or a couple who like having a separate single room for a friend, together with a dog or two.
