Fieldfare

Fieldfare is a modern house at Harmans Cross, near Swanage and not far from Langton Matravers. The shop is 100 metres away, the pub is 2 miles and the beach is 3.5 miles. It sleeps seven in four bedrooms, all on the first floor.

The ground floor is a triple-aspect open-plan kitchen and dining room with a double oven, a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and a breakfast bar, and patio doors to the rear terrace. The lounge has a wood burner in a stone hearth, with logs included from October to the end of April, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. A utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a separate cloakroom. Upstairs are two king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, a twin and a single. The family bathroom has a handheld shower attachment. Underfloor heating covers the ground floor, with central heating through the rest of the house, and there is Wi-Fi.

The rear terrace has a patio, an area of lawn and a charcoal BBQ for guests to use. A paved drive at the front takes three cars. Guests cannot bring dogs. Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The house suits a family of up to seven, or three couples and one single sleeper, who want en-suites and no pets.
