Seaview Cottage - Worth Matravers

Seaview Cottage is a semi-detached Purbeck stone cottage in Worth Matravers, a short walk from the sea at Winspit and close to Langton Matravers. It sleeps seven, and the booking can include a maximum of four children. The pub is a short walk away.

The ground floor has a kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Patio doors from the dining area open onto the terrace, with views across the garden to the sea. Glass doors run along one wall of the living area, which has a Smart TV and a wood burner. A tiled wet room with underfloor heating, a shower and a WC is on this floor, along with a single bedroom. Upstairs are a king-size main bedroom with a Victorian fireplace, a second room with a king-size bed, a twin, a bathroom with a bath and built-in shower and a separate cloakroom WC.

The south-facing garden is gated and fenced, with a lawn, shrubs, rock gardens and outdoor furniture. A second lawn at the front has off-road parking for two cars. Towels are not included, and can be hired for a charge payable at booking. One dog is permitted, and extra charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. The cottage suits a family or a group of friends who want a terrace to sit on and a gated garden.
