Frome View

Frome View is a detached house in Wool, set up for two and five miles from West Lulworth and the heritage coast. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a large fridge/freezer and an air fryer, a utility room and a cloakroom, along with a living/dining room with two sofas, a smart TV and an electric fire.

Upstairs is a single double bedroom with countryside views. The shower room has a corner walk-in shower, a basin, a WC and a heated towel rail. The utility room has a washing machine. Heating is gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. WiFi is provided.

Parking is off-road for one car, and the space has an electric vehicle charging point that carries an extra charge. The rear garden is enclosed, with outside lighting, a patio, a gravelled seating area and furniture. The village shop and the pub are both 0.1 miles away, and the pub gives guests a discount.

Two things to know before booking. The house is close to a railway track, and trains pass briefly on the half hour only, not round the clock. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Guests may also use the neighbouring campsite, which has a games room and a shop that is open in the main season. It suits a couple who want their own house with parking and a garden.
