Hill View

Hill View is a two-bedroom house in West Lulworth, set in the Dorset AONB. It is arranged on two floors, and you enter at the upper level before going down to the lower-ground floor, where the kitchen and the living and dining room are found. The pub is 0.3 miles away, the shop 0.6 miles and the beach 1.6 miles.

The two bedrooms, a double and a single, sit with the bathroom on the ground floor, so the house sleeps three. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are central heating, a smart TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. The woodburning stove is not in use.

Outside is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn and furniture, though the patio has a steep drop, so take care. One small dog is welcome, and there is off-road parking for one car. There are three steps up to the front door and a set of stairs down to the lower floor, which may not suit guests with lower mobility. The house suits a couple or a small family with a small dog who are comfortable on stairs.
