Lime Tree Stables

Lime Tree Stables is a one-bedroom cottage for two, in the owner's grounds at Winfrith Newburgh, near West Lulworth. It is private accommodation along a quiet lane, away from the road. The pub is within a mile and the shop within half a mile. No children are accepted.

French patio doors open into the open-plan living area, which has a sofa and an armchair, a 40-inch Smart TV, a DVD player, a radio and an iPod dock. The kitchen and dining area has an oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom, with a walk-in shower, a sink and a WC, is downstairs. Upstairs, the bedroom takes up the whole floor, with a 5ft king-size bed, a TV, books, exposed beams and reduced head height in places.

Outside there is a terrace with seating and views over the surrounding fields, and a large meadow paddock with a summer house and a table that guests can use. The cottage and the meadow are not fenced for dogs, although the cottage is away from the road. Parking is for one car off the road. Two dogs may stay, with additional charges possible. Wifi and central heating are included. The cottage suits a couple, with or without dogs, who want a quiet spot of their own.
