Jasper

Jasper is a second-floor apartment set behind the main street in Lyme Regis, with the beach, a shop and a pub each 0.1 miles away. It is reached by external steps and an internal staircase, and the apartment itself is set over two floors. The open-plan living area has a kitchen, a dining area and a corner sofa, with an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The king-size bedroom is on the upper floor and has its own en-suite shower room. The other bedroom is a twin, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin, a towel rail and a WC. A TV and WiFi are included, along with gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

Parking is an allocated space for one small or medium-sized car. It is reached along a narrow passage about 1.9 metres wide with a kink halfway, so larger cars may struggle to manoeuvre. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. With room for four across two bedrooms it suits a couple, or a family, who want to be 0.1 miles from the beach and are happy with stairs.
