June Cottage

June Cottage is a two-storey house near Wool, a short drive from West Lulworth. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are a few minutes away by car. Inside, the kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan room, with a conservatory leading off it into the garden.

The bedrooms are arranged to split the household across two floors. The double on the ground floor opens into a Jack-and-Jill shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, which can also be reached from the living area. Upstairs are a second double, a single that can become a twin with a truckle bed on request, and a family bathroom with a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC. With the extra bed, six can sleep here.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio with furniture. Two cars fit on the off-road parking, with more roadside parking nearby.

One well-behaved pet is allowed and smoking is not, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The village shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.6 miles. The cottage suits a family or two couples who want a bedroom and shower room downstairs, while others sleep upstairs.
