Middle Barn - Winfrith

Middle Barn is a barn conversion in Winfrith Newburgh, near West Lulworth. The shop is half a mile away and the pub a mile. The main room is an open-plan lounge and diner with an open fire, a Smart TV, a Bluetooth sound system with hi-fi and iPod dock, and a dining area. Logs are included from October to the end of April.

The kitchen has a hob, a double oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, an air fryer and a Lavazza coffee machine, plus a table for breakfast. A ground-floor WC and a hall for coats and boots complete the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a king-size, a twin and a smaller twin, with a bathroom that has a bath, a separate shower and a WC.

The large back garden has terraces, a lawn and shrubs, with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and two sun loungers. Off-road parking is for one car, in front of a lockable garage that can store boats and bikes, with further roadside parking. Wi-Fi and electricity are included, and check-in is from 3pm. Dogs are welcome, up to two, and additional charges may apply. The barn suits a family or three couples who want a garden and storage for bikes.
