Pine

Pine is a wood-built lodge at Herston Yards Farm, a holiday park on the outskirts of Swanage. No pets are allowed, and neither is smoking. Across the school summer holidays the lodge is let for seven nights only, from a Saturday; short breaks the rest of the year start on a Friday or a Monday.

Seven guests are accommodated on a single level. The three bedrooms are a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, a second double, and a family room containing a single bed and a bunk, and every bedroom has a Freeview TV. The main bathroom has a whirlpool bath and a walk-in shower, and the sitting area is warmed by a woodburning stove. Four TVs, a surround sound system, DVD and CD players, WiFi and gas central heating are provided.

Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher, with a dining table for meals. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all in the rent. Enclosed decking holds furniture and a hot tub, and parking is available. The pub and shop are 0.1 miles away, the beach 1.3 miles, and The Old Mess Room is on the park too. Pine suits a large family or friends who want a hot tub and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath.
