Seaview

Seaview is a bungalow in Swanage that looks out over the sea and cliffs, with everything on one floor. Guests come in through a utility room, which has a washing machine, a fridge and space for buggies, coats and shoes, then pass through to the kitchen with its electric double oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room and sitting room both have TVs, and the dining room has the sea view.

A conservatory off the sitting room leads to a patio with benches. At the front are lawns and a raised balcony, both with sea views. Three bedrooms sleep seven: a family room with a king-size and a single bed, a double with a sea view and a twin with a sea view. A bathroom has a bath and a separate walk-in shower, and a second shower room has a walk-in shower.

The beach is a short walk downhill, and the town centre is also close. A shop is 0.2 miles from the door and a pub 0.1 miles. Parking is off-road with plenty of space. Heating is gas central, fibre WiFi is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered by the rent.

No pets, smoking or barbecues are allowed, working bookings are not accepted and short breaks are not available in July and August. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. The bungalow is best for a family or a group of up to seven who want one floor, sea views and parking.
