Sea View Villa

Sea View Villa is a four-storey Victorian house in the old part of Swanage, sleeping eight. The pub and the shop are less than 200 metres away, and the beach is 0.5 miles. Walkers have access to the South West Coast Path, and Corfe Castle is 5 miles away.

The ground floor has two sitting rooms, each with an ornamental fireplace; one looks across Purbeck and the sea. Downstairs, a large kitchen and breakfast room opens through doors on to the rear decked garden. The first floor holds a king-size bedroom, a super-king-size bedroom with sea views and a family shower room. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms with slightly reduced headroom, one with sea views. A second shower room with a WC completes the house, and there are two further WCs.

The kitchen has two electric ovens with an electric hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher, and the utility room holds a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A highchair and a cot are available on request, and you bring your own linen for the cot. The decked terrace has garden furniture. Parking is on the street. The villa does not accept dogs.

The house suits two families sharing, or a group of friends, who want four bedrooms spread over several floors.
