Seascape - West Lulworth

Seascape is a thatched cottage in a cul-de-sac in West Lulworth. The shop is 100 metres away and the pub 200 metres; the beach and Lulworth Cove are each half a mile off, and Stair Hole, the Fossil Forest and Durdle Door are all within 1.5 miles.

Inside, exposed wooden beams and sloping ceilings run through the house. A hallway leads to the kitchen, which has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and double doors open from there to a dining space with a wooden table. The lounge has a Smart TV and patio doors to the garden. A utility room with the washing machine and a separate WC complete the ground floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and two doubles that share the family bathroom, which has a bath. Head height is restricted on the first floor.

The garden is enclosed by fencing and shrubs, with a furnished patio and an astroturf lawn. Parking is private for one car at the rear, plus one additional space on the street. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. The cottage suits a family or a group of up to six who want the cove within walking distance and who do not mind low ceilings upstairs.
