Seashell House - Swanage

Seashell House is a Victorian end-of-terrace in Swanage, reached by a short path from the road. The beach, shops and pubs are all under a quarter of a mile away. There is no parking at the property: parking is on the street and subject to availability.

On the ground floor, the lounge has a Smart TV and leads to a dining room and a galley-style kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A travel cot and highchair are available. Outside the kitchen is a fully enclosed courtyard-style garden with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

There are four bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a twin, for a maximum of eight guests. The king-size room at the front has a bay window, and the double looks onto the garden. A room in the eaves has restricted head height. All eight guests share one bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Up to three dogs are welcome, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. The house suits a large family, or two families travelling together with dogs, as long as everyone is happy to share a single bathroom.
