The Beach House - Swanage

The Beach House stands directly above the sand in Swanage, with the beach within 100 metres and a path and steps leading down from the deck. The South West Coast Path runs past the house. Shops, cafes and pubs are 0.5 miles away, and Corfe Castle is 6 miles off.

You climb steps to the front door and enter a sunroom, then a hallway, then a lounge with an open fire. The kitchen and breakfast room leads to a long dining table, and there is a games space with a pool table and a bar. Smart TVs are in the lounge and every bedroom. The appliances are a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The first floor has a king-size bedroom and a family room with a king-size bed, a single and a pull-out single. Both look to the beach. The second floor has two more king-size bedrooms with sea views. Both a travel cot and a highchair are on offer.

Outside, the large deck has panoramic bay views, a patio, a lawn, furniture and a gas BBQ. Parking is on the road, subject to availability. The house accepts up to two dogs, with additional charges possible. The house suits a large family or a group of friends marking an occasion, ten in all.
