Waterston Cottage

Two of the three bedrooms at Waterston Cottage, in West Lulworth, are king-size rooms with their own en-suite walk-in showers, one of them on the second floor; the third bedroom is a twin. The house runs over three floors and sleeps six, with a family bathroom with a bath and shower over it on the first floor, and a cloakroom as well.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with direct access to an enclosed rear patio with furniture. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee machine that takes Nespresso pods. There is a Smart TV and WiFi, central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the patio is enclosed. Off-road parking takes two cars. Smoking is not allowed, including e-cigarettes. Between May and September the minimum stay is seven nights, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out at 10am. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.5 miles and the beach 1.5 miles. The cottage suits a family of six, or friends sharing, who can book at least a week in summer and want en-suite showers for two of the three rooms.
