Guinea Cottage

Guinea Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage a minute's walk from Newton's Cove, close to Weymouth harbour, and the shop, pub and harbour are all two minutes away. Across the lifting town bridge is the town centre, and the main beach lies at the edge of town.

Downstairs are a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen with an oven, a hob and a fridge, plus a small lean-to at the rear, and there is a washing machine. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. One bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV. The other has a single bed with a second pull-out bed underneath, measuring 2ft 6in by 5ft 9in, which is sized for a child or possibly a small adult.

Because of that fourth bed, the cottage may not suit four adults, and a family with children is the better fit. A patio courtyard with furniture faces south. One well-behaved pet is welcome, with a weekly charge for each pet, and smoking is not allowed. A cot is available; fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and WiFi is provided.

The nearest pay-and-display car park is Nothe Car Park, a few minutes' walk away. It suits a couple with a pet, or two adults with a child or two.
