Wessex View

Wessex View sits on the esplanade in Weymouth, directly opposite the beach. Sash windows in the large living room/diner look out over the sea, and the room has a TV and teal chesterfield sofas.

The flat is on one level apart from some steps down into the twin bedroom. The double bedroom has a stained glass backdrop and a feature fireplace, and the living room has real wood flooring. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over. A kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a fridge-freezer joins the living room through folding doors. WiFi is included, along with gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

Parking is off-road for one car. A cot and a highchair are available. The hallway is spacious and leads into the living room, and the shops, restaurants and boutiques of the town are within walking distance along the shoreline. The nearest shop is within 0.1 mile and the nearest pub within 0.2 miles. No pets and no smoking are allowed.

It suits a family of four or a couple on a short break who want the seafront on the doorstep and can manage the steps into the twin room.
